Since 2000, we have provided ongoing electrical and mechanical engineering services to support the ongoing evolution of the 62-story Seattle Municipal Tower office building, where many of the City of Seattle's 10,000 employees work.

Our first project was the original remodel project that relocated approximately 1,600 City employees into the office building. At that time, we reviewed the existing systems for capacity, safety, code compliance, and federal energy requirements; designed upgrades for mechanical, electrical, fire, and life-safety systems and the emergency generator; and implemented a new direct digital control system.

Over the years we have supported various tenant improvement projects on multiple floors as a prime consultant and also as a subconsultant to architecture firms. Project have included the new customer service center, vehicle charging stations, data closets, fire pump upgrades, and updating the Tenant Improvements Standards Manual.
