This seven-story, 125-unit affordable housing project will include a range of unit sizes, from studios to four-bedrooms. About two-thirds of the units will be for residents earning up to 50 percent of the county’s area median income (AMI), with the rest set aside for those earning up to 60 percent AMI. It will be a pet-friendly community and include two floors of onsite parking, bicycle facilities, and shared laundry facilities
Our engineering services will support the developments sustainability features, including maximized ventilation systems, rooftop solar arrays, electric vehicle battery charging stations, energy preserving envelope systems, and green-rated appliances in all units.
The project is currently in design and expected to be completed in early 2024.
