We provided commissioning services for interior tenant improvements that converted an abandoned QFC grocery store into a 27,000 SF primary care clinic. The clinic includes 30 exam rooms and an academic conference center, and will support the growing population and primary healthcare needs of Kitsap Peninsula residents.

Our Washington State Energy Code-compliant commissioning services included the following project components: one energy recovery ventilator, nine heat recovery units, four VRF condensing units, 30 VRF fan coil units, five unit heaters, two split-system units, domestic water heater and recirculation pump, building automation system/direct digital controls, and lighting controls.
